Pricing is not displayed online. All pricing, quotations, and order terms are provided directly by our sales team upon request.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Orders are placed offline, either through written communication or by working directly with our sales team. An order is considered accepted only when we issue a written confirmation, such as a proforma invoice or order acknowledgment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any proposed order.
6. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All costs are provided through a formal quotation or invoice.
- We accept bank transfers and credit cards.
- A 50% advance payment is required when placing an order.
- The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery.
- Alternative payment arrangements may be available for approved accounts.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines vary based on destination, production schedules, and customization requirements.
Typical timelines include:
- Domestic deliveries: 2–6 weeks
- International deliveries: 6–12 weeks, depending on logistics and customs

8. Samples
Sample requests are subject to availability and approval. Quantities may be limited based on eligibility or destination. Samples are for evaluation purposes only and may not be resold.
9. Custom Orders
Customized items, including branded robes, towels, slippers, amenities, and other personalized products, are produced specifically for your business. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
10. Order Cancellations (Non-Custom Orders)
Non-custom orders may be canceled before production begins. A cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and processing costs. Once production has started, the 50% advance payment becomes non-refundable, as materials and manufacturing capacity may already be allocated. Refunds for canceled orders, where applicable, may take 7–14 business days to process depending on the payment method.
11. Returns & Claims
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods, with supporting photos or documentation. Products damaged by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear are not eligible for replacement.
12. Partnership Program
- Our partnership program is governed by separate terms provided at the time of application.
- We may modify commission rates, eligibility rules, or program benefits with notice.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate partnerships at our discretion.
- Partners are also bound by the Partnership Program Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geniluxe is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Shipping or customs delays
- Use of products outside recommended guidelines
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
