Partnership Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Geniluxe Partnership Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring hospitality businesses that place orders with Geniluxe. Commissions are paid only on successful orders placed by referred clients.

The Program is designed for hospitality professionals, consultants, suppliers, and businesses operating in the hospitality sector.

2. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

• Submit a completed application form
• Be at least 18 years old
• Represent a business or act in a professional capacity
• Operate in a region where Geniluxe conducts business

Geniluxe reserves the right to approve or decline any application.

3. Referral Codes

Partners will receive a unique referral code assigned by Geniluxe. The code must be provided to referred businesses before they contact our sales team.

A referral is considered valid only when:

• The referred business provides your referral code during initial contact, and
• The business has not previously contacted or purchased from Geniluxe

Geniluxe is not responsible for referrals submitted without a valid code.

4. Commission Structure

Commission rates will be communicated to partners upon acceptance into the Program.

General guidelines:

• Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the order value (excluding taxes, duties, discounts, and shipping).
• Commissions may vary based on performance tiers or promotional periods.
• Geniluxe may update commission rates at any time with notice to partners.

5. Commission Eligibility

A commission is earned only when:

• The referred client places a confirmed order
• Payment has been received in full
• The order is not canceled, refunded, or disputed

If an order is partially refunded, the commission will be adjusted accordingly.

Commissions apply to repeat orders placed by the same referred client unless otherwise specified.

6. Payouts

Commission payouts are made according to the schedule shared with partners upon acceptance.

• Payments are made via the method on file (e.g., bank transfer).
• Partners are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate.
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

7. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

• Share their referral code professionally and ethically
• Represent the Geniluxe brand accurately
• Avoid misleading claims or unauthorized promotions
• Comply with all applicable laws

Partners may not:

• Use paid advertising to promote their referral code
• Misrepresent themselves as Geniluxe employees
• Create duplicate or fraudulent referrals
• Interfere with Geniluxe's direct sales activities

Violations may result in removal from the Program.

8. Program Changes

Geniluxe may modify or discontinue the Program at any time.

Changes may include:

• Commission rates
• Eligibility criteria
• Payout schedules
• Program structure

Material changes will be communicated to active partners.

9. Termination

Geniluxe may suspend or terminate a partner's participation if:

• Fraudulent activity is detected
• The partner misuses the referral code
• Communications violate brand guidelines
• The partner acts in a way that harms Geniluxe's reputation

Partners may also voluntarily withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting us.

Unpaid commissions earned before termination will be paid according to the standard payout schedule, provided all conditions were met.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geniluxe is not responsible for:

• Loss of earnings
• Missed commissions due to incorrect referral code usage
• Disputes between partners and referred clients
• Technical issues or delays in processing referrals

Geniluxe's total liability is limited to the commissions earned but not yet paid at the time of the claim.

11. Confidentiality

Partners must keep all non-public information shared by Geniluxe confidential, including:

• Commission rates
• Performance tiers
• Marketing resources
• Internal processes

Such information may not be shared without written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the region in which Geniluxe operates.

Any disputes related to the Program will be resolved through the courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
